Northlink Technological College, Inc. participated in the Continuing Capability Building Program for TM Level I Current Regional Expert Panel Members, Batch 3, held on June 29 to July 1, 2026 at D’ Luxe Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City.

The activity was attended by 82 participants from the Mindanao Cluster, composed of Regional Expert Panel Members involved in strengthening the quality and integrity of competency-based assessment. Representing Northlink Technological College, Inc. was Engr. Gracelda T. Pangantihon, PhD, School Administrator, one of the thirteen Regional Expert Panel Members from Region XI.

The three-day program focused on TESDA assessment foundations and standards, ethical and evidence-based assessment, assessment integrity, inclusive and human-centered assessment, risk management, digital assessment, operational challenges, and regional calibration. Through this participation, NTC continues to support quality-assured TVET implementation and the continuous improvement of assessment practices.
