This course is designed for IS students who need to have an in-depth study of project Management, in the information system arena. The systems perspective provides a useful framework for project analysis. By viewing projects as systems, time, cost and quality are considered as important factors that are related to the success of the project.

The topics could provide an immediate working knowledge of the overall functions and behavior of an IS project manager. A project manager is continually faced with changing complicate matters. Thus, a good project manager must only be proficient at managing, but also retain being proficient as the technology changes.
