This course focuses on the study of what, how,
and where key financial analytical tools are generally used to come up with
solutions in management decisions in the areas of investments, finances, and operation.
It consists of business performance evaluation, earnings per share (ESP) growth
analysis, LBO analysis, and special evaluation of the firm, M & A, and
financial reporting techniques for decision making.
