This course covers the different phases of systems development, focusing on analysis and design. Students will learn the rudiments of systems development through a feasibility
study.
At the end of the course, students should be able to:
CO1 - Explain the roles, responsibilities, and methodologies used by Systems Analysts in system development projects.
CO2- Elicit, analyze, and model system requirements using structured and object-oriented tools.
CO3 - Develop logical models of information systems using diagrams such as Use Case, Activity, ERD, and Data Flow Diagrams.
CO4 - Design effective system input, output, and user interface prototypes based on user-centered design principles.
CO5 - Produce comprehensive Systems Analysis and Design documentation and present project outputs professionally.
